Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. cntct.us works with the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app you already have. No API, no new number, no approval process.
Can this get my WhatsApp account banned?
We do not use the API, bots, or automation, so we add no automation risk. The customer starts the chat through a wa.me link and you reply from the app. Bulk or unsolicited messaging can still get an account banned.
Can I share a form without a website?
